EmcyDisReg - Emergency Message Disable Register (Object 2510:7 und Objekt 2510:8 )

Jede Emergency Message kann mit den beiden Bitmasken Objekte 0x2510:7 und 0x2510:8 ein-/ausgeschaltet werden. Standardmäßig sind sie eingeschaltet, d.h. 0x2510:7 = 0x2510:8 = 0.

Eingeschaltet bedeutet, die Emergency Message wird bei Auftreten gesendet.
Abgschaltet bedeutet, sie wird nicht gesendet, aber weiterhin im pre-defined errro field Objekt 0x1003 und im Fehlerregister 0x30xx gespeichert.

 Hierbei gilt: 1 => Emergency Message ausgeblendet
               0 => Emergency Message aktiviert (default)
